Onboarding
Standard direct accounts have no setup fee. Where enhanced due diligence, manual onboarding or bespoke configuration is required, typically for enterprise or international clients, a tailored onboarding fee applies, communicated clearly in advance.
Monthly fee & annual billing
The monthly account fee is charged in advance on the 1st of each month, deducted from your balance. Pay annually in advance for a discount against monthly billing, subject to eligibility and approval.
Transaction fees
Two parts: a fixed transfer fee, plus a value-based fee (a percentage of value, on outbound payments only). Fees vary by tier, volume and rail, see the schedule above.
High-value & complex transactions
Certain eligible high-value or complex corporate transactions may require enhanced review and bespoke pricing agreed in advance. Availability is subject to DigiDoe's risk appetite, due diligence and transaction approval.
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Compliance and Audit Statement Fees. In some cases, additional compliance or administrative support may be required, such as enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews, manual investigations, risk event handling, or the preparation of audit statements. Where such services fall outside the scope of standard account monitoring, DigiDoe will apply a separate administrative fee that reflects the level of complexity, regulatory risk, and time required. These fees are not charged arbitrarily and will be communicated clearly in advance wherever possible.
High-Value, Complex and/or High-Risk Transaction. A single transaction with a gross value exceeding £1,000,000 (or the equivalent in o at the prevailing market rate), or any transaction which we designate as complex and/or high-risk having regard to its nature, structure, counterparties or execution. These transactions may, at our discretion, be priced on a bespoke basis; by way of non-binding guidance, a transaction will attract a fee of 2.9% per transaction. DigiDoe may apply an additional transaction compliance fee where a transaction involves high-risk or high-value financial assets, including (but not limited to) carbon credits, unlisted securities, tokenised or digital commodities, or other complex investment instruments. As guidance, such transactions may attract a 5% fee per transaction. This provision applies only to DigiDoe's corporate, institutional, and professional counterparties, including natural persons acting in a business or professional capacity, and is not subject to the FCA's Consumer Duty. The fee reflects additional compliance, due diligence, and safeguarding requirements and is applied at DigiDoe's discretion under its internal governance framework.
Are clients accepted automatically?
No. Acceptance is subject to our risk appetite, jurisdiction limits and full KYC / KYB. Built for legitimate complex structures, every relationship goes through onboarding, risk assessment and compliance approval.
