DigiDoe is an FCA-authorised Electronic Money Institution (FRN 901043), not a bank. Relevant funds are safeguarded in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and are not protected by the FSCS.
What documents do I need to open an account?
For individuals: proof of identity (passport or driver's licence) and proof of residence (not older than 3 months). Business accounts require additional corporate documentation.
How do I set up an account?
Click Get started, sign up with your email and mobile number, and set a password. You will receive confirmation by email and SMS.
What currencies are supported?
Accounts in GBP, EUR, USD and AED, each with its own details. Core payment rails in GBP, EUR and USD, with direct connectivity to domestic instant payment systems.
Are there transaction limits?
Limits depend on your plan, the currency and the destination. Custom daily limits can be configured per user in Account Management.
How does DigiDoe prevent fraud?
Fraud detection monitors transactions in real time. Multi-factor biometric authentication, KYC, KYB and AML checks, and multi-level signature authorisation apply at every layer.
Is DigiDoe regulated?
Yes. DigiDoe Ltd is authorised by the FCA under the Electronic Money Regulations 2017 (FRN 901043). ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certified.
How do I change my personal details?
Send your request to support@digidoe.com for changes to your address, phone number, email or other personal information.
