Supported by in-house compliance controls designed to assess payment activity efficiently and respond to applicable AML, sanctions and fraud risks. A payment may be delayed, restricted, rejected or returned for reasons including legal or regulatory requirements, fraud or compliance checks, account limits, incomplete information, payment-rail restrictions or third-party processing.
How fast is onboarding, really?
Many applications can be completed within a few days once all required information has been received, although complex cases may take longer.
Is my money protected by the FSCS?
No. E-money accounts are not bank accounts and are not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Instead, relevant funds are safeguarded in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and held separately from DigiDoe’s own funds.
